Site & Roleplay Rules

General Site Rules

1. All Players and Characters must be at least 18 or older. If your under 18 you will be banned and if a character is under 18 we will ask you to change their age.

2. Don't be a jerk. Respect other members and just treat them like normal people. No racism, No sexism, in short you should be able to get along with everyone. If you do have a problem contact a mod or admin.

3. Don't Harass other member's at all.

4. No spamming/advertising on the board.

5. Do not bot or pretend to be a bot. This will result in an instant ban with no chance of appeal.

6. Don't hotlink pictures! Hotlinking is when you post a picture directly from the site you found it from. It hogs bandwidth and will eventually be removed. Please use dedicated hosting sites like Imgur to post your images on and then link them to the site.

7. Keep your avatars within the bounds of 300x300 and keep your signatures at a reasonable size. Its distracting and annoying having to scroll through a signature the size of an entire page to get to the next post/thread.


Character Creation Rules

1. Characters can be any race. Fox, slime, demon even alien sumo wrestlers are fair game. The main restriction is that they have to have the same body as a human. So for example an alien sumo girl can't have more than 2 arms and 2 legs. When they can get away with is having thicker skin, one eye and even wings, tails and anything else you can think of.

2. For the sake of not having a world of 15ft+ giants the absolute largest you can make your character is 10ft, 1000lbs. Generally your average sumo wrestler is 300lbs so it’s up to you to decide height/weight best fits your character.

3. Characters can not have any combat abilities whatsoever. All combat is restricted to sumo and martial arts.

4. A character can wear almost anything. so long as the character isn't 100% nude and is covered up with at least a sumo belt, they will be fine.

5. Characters can have things not traditionally found in sumo such as entrances, theme songs, custom Mawashi patterns and any other cosmetics you want on them.  

6. No real life characters or photo pics for your characters. Everything is 100% fiction.

7. Characters can not use the same image/attire as an existing character.

8. Your first character will need approval before you can role play. If a mod or admin doesn't not approve it within two days feel free to message them. After your first character is approved future characters will no longer need to be approved.

Roleplay Rules

1. No Powergaming or god modding. This includes blocking all your partners attacks/no selling their attacks. Calling damage on them in your post and putting damage on them even if you are selling their attack. Generally just don't make your character invincible. If your partner does this call them out if they are doing any of these. If they don't stop please contact a mod.

2. Though your characters may be competitive but remember that this is a roleplay. Your main goal is not to win but to tell a story that turns this RP into a living breathing world/community. We encourage all members to plan out their story's in advance and work together with their partner.

3. Keep your characters story lines consistent. Don't just start a grudge match out of nowhere if they haven't even had a single meeting.

4. There are no weight classes in sumo so feel free to have your lightweight wrestler face off against a heavyweight in an official match. How that goes for them is up to you.

5. Do not post in other people’s rp's uninvited. Ask first before you join in. Repeated offences of this will result in a ban.

6. Since this is a sumo RP certain fetishes are allowed by default. BBW, SSBBW, Weight Gain and any other fat related fetishes are fine. More Extreme Fetishes like Vore, Extreme Gore and others mods deem unacceptable will be removed from the site. Followed by a warning, if the offender continues to post said fetishes in their rp's this will result in a ban.
Rule of Thumb.

7. Communication is Key! If you are worried or don't like how an RP is going, don't be afraid to tell your partner that!

8. Sell! Its much harder to sell a convincing loss than a victory! If you let your partner take control of the fight for now it will pay off with you having the control when the spotlight is on you.

9. Feel free to try match types outside of just a standard sumo match. You could do a best of 3 or a best of 5. Maybe a beach match or even a mud match. It's really up to your imagination to come up with sumo themed matches.

10. Try and keep matches to a reasonable length. If its a standard sumo match 1-5 pages is a good length for it. For rp's outside of the ring 2-6 pages is a good length.
